Sports Club of the old boys of Wesley College - Colombo   135 years of proud sporting history        Home     OWSC Rugby team- Shield Champions at Western Province Rugby Football Unions Open 7s Tournament. 10th April 2011   It’s with great pleasure that I announce the above achievement by a very young team that we put forward. Out of 20 plus clubs our young lads achieved something very promising under the captaincy of Dhanushka Jayamaha. And in my absence the team was managed by Shifaz Najeemudeen and Irshan Nalawansa- both active players of last year team.   Pls join me congratulating them and support the team who are now preparing for the Caltex Bowl Tournament which is starting from June. The Shield is been displayed at Managers room at the OWSC club.
